Outsource Writing - Use a Ghostwriter

To outsource writing or to use a ghostwriter, has become quite
a common and profitable practice. People have started
outsourcing their entire blogs and monetizing them to
earn a good extra income.

Although blogging can earn quite a bit of cash, you have to
keep in mind that it takes awhile for google to start indexing
your site, so you have to be patient.

Then there's also the option to outsource all types of books.

If you want to earn some of extra cash, writing a report
or an ebook that gives valuable information about a hobby or
passion others share, or solves a problem some people might have,
is one of the recommended paths for would-be internet marketers.

But what if you do not have time or just cannot write? Maybe you
do not feel confident enough; maybe there is a language barrier
or maybe you just prefer not to. Well, if you fit into any of
these categories, there is an answer and that is to use a
ghostwriter.

A ghostwriter is someone who will write for you, even research
for you if you wish; will write ebooks, articles, blog posts,
press releases or even your family history. Whatever you want
written, there is someone willing to ghostwrite it for you.

When the writing is finished and approved, you own the copyright
to the work just as if you had written it yourself. The writer
gets a guaranteed fee for their effort, but you have the task of
using the work to make money and taking the risk of getting
little or no return, so it seems to be a fair arrangement.

So how do you go about finding a ghostwriter?

Well, you could just Google "ghostwriter wanted" and sift through
all the results, but an easier way to get started is to visit one
of the existing online marketplaces for people wanting such work.
Some of the most common are listed below:

www.fiverr.com Huge variety of services!

www.freelancer.com  Get $20 USD to spend on your first project on Freelancer!

www.elance.com

www.vworker.com

www.guru.com

www.odesk.com

www.scriptlance.com

What you do on these sites is list your proposal and people
looking for work will put in an offer for your job.

The easiest site and least expensive is typically fiverr. That does
NOT mean you'll get low quality work. If you research the sellers
on fiverr, you can find some awesome service providers.

If you are not familiar with hiring in this manner, go to some of
the sites listed above and have a look around, get the feel of
the site, look at some of the proposals and the bids on them.

Start with the search bar at the top of nearly all these sites.
If there is no search field, there will always be two links, one
for those looking to hire workers or contractors and another for
people who want work and list themselves for hire.

If you type in, say "ghost writer, ebook" in the search field, it
should bring up current jobs similar to what you want.

On some sites you may have to register before you can see the
full details but registration is free and you only need to supply
basic information to get started.

Open up some of the jobs that are listed, looking at the
qualifications and experience of those bidding. Notice the price
range in that site for the type of work you want done for
yourself. Keep some notes of what you find on each site, what you
like and dislike. That will make it easier for you to decide
later which one is the best fit for you.

It is up to you, as a hire, to decide how much your budget
allows you to spend. Paying more for an experienced writer with
good feedback should be a good investment, however if your budget
is limited, you may want to select someone with less experience;
they could still do excellent work, but because they do not have
much feedback, may be willing to work for a lower price until
they get established and have a good portfolio.

Expect to pay higher prices on Elance than on oDesk, for example.
There are many workers who have an excellent education living in
countries where work choices are limited bidding for jobs at
prices that may seem very low. A low offer does not necessarily
mean a poor quality job, on the contrary they may produce an
excellent result. It is all about choice; yours and theirs.

Your first task will be to write your proposal. If you have not
already done so, it is a good idea to search for other similar
proposals to see what has been asked for in those ads, such as
job description, skills and experience requirements, time to
completion and whether you want a fixed or an hourly rate. Go to
the Help section too, as you can get some good hints there. You
will need to be clear in your own mind what you want, to be able
to write a good proposal.

Once your ad is ready to list, check with the Help or FAQ to see
what the site requirements for listings are. Many have
instructions that walk you step by step through the whole
process.

When you list, you need to decide how long you want to let your
ad run; a shorter time will usually attract fewer offers but will
allow you to get started more quickly, so it is a bit of a
trade-off.

Some sites will let you invite applicants to bid on your proposal
so if you found any who appealed to you in your research, invite
them to make an offer.

Bid prices can sometimes vary widely; a project on
scriptlance.com at present had bids ranging for $10 with
immediate delivery to $7,000 in ten days, but this seems a bit
unusual and is perhaps an indication that there is a
misunderstanding about what is required. More often the range
will be narrower, so your choice is made more on what you read in
the applicant's offer and in their bio than on price.

Before you make a decision, check out all you can find about the
individual contractors who make an offer. Look at their past
projects and any feedback from it, their experience,
qualifications and areas of interest as well as the bid price.
Sometimes you can see how much they have earned on previous
contracts and that can be very helpful.

Take your time in selecting a candidate. If someone interests you
and you want more information, send them a message to clarify
before you accept the bid.

Once the selection is made, agree on milestones such as when you
want to see the first draft, the final draft and any revisions
completed. Many of the sites listed above use escrow funding,
meaning you pay all or part of the fee in advance into a trust
fund from where the money is paid to the worker as milestones are
reached. oDesk is one site that currently does not require this,
payments are made as work is done unless an agreement is reached
beforehand.

It is essential for successful ghostwriting that you have good
clear communication with your outsourcer. If you can develop a
relationship where there is mutual trust and understanding, the
whole process can be very rewarding for both parties.

Niche Discovery Tactics Gurus Don't Teach But Use Themselves

Every internet marketer knows the importance of discovering good
and profitable niches. Many internet marketing gurus have a very
simplistic way of teaching about niche discovery. The sum total
of some gurus' teaching on this can be summarized as:

1. Choose a topic that you like, have experience or are
interested in.

2. Take the main keyword from this topic and plug it into a
keyword research tool.

3. Look at the search count. If it is about 30,000 per month,
it's a good niche. If it is below 30,000 searches, there is very
little market and therefore it is not a good niche. If it is way
above 30,000 searches, there is probably too much competition and
therefore it is risky to enter this niche market.

That's it. Based on those three steps, you are supposed to find a
niche. What's wrong with such a teaching?

Firstly, there is no research into the competition. No step is
taken to discover how strong a competition you face in that
niche.

Secondly, there is no research into long-tail keywords. Long-tail
keywords are defined as keyword phrases of at least 4 words (the
more words, the better). Every marketer knows the importance of
long-tail keywords. Long-tail keywords can lead you to lucrative
sub-niches.

Thirdly, there is no research into the tendency of the searchers
to buy. It's not only a matter of whether the searchers have
money or not. Some people in a particular niche market may have
money but are not intending to buy anything.

So here's how the gurus really do their niche and keyword
research:

1. Examine your own interests, abilities, knowledge, experiences.
Anything from these may be a potentially good niche to market to.

2. Identify what's hot in the market i.e. what is currently the
most talked-about thing, what's buzzing or new in town. Is this a
potential niche?

3. From the above two steps, identify potential niches. Then run
these potential niches through these 'filters':

a. Are people in this niche ready to buy and not merely
information seekers or looking for freebies? For example, 'how to
score an 'A' in your SAT examination' would probably not be a
very lucrative niche because it would interest only students who
may not have the money to buy anything much.

b. Is there a problem that the people in this niche cannot solve
themselves? Any niche involving technical expertise would nicely
fit into this criteria. For example, 'how to solve Windows Vista
registry problems' would likely be a good niche because very few
people are technologically competent enough to deal with these
problems.

c. Do the people in this niche have an urgent crisis that needs
to be overcome? The more urgent the better. For example, 'how to
stop your teenager's drug habit' is an extremely urgent crisis
that begs for answers.

d. Is there an 'evergreen' need in this niche that is not a just
a fad? 'How to improve your golf swing' is an evergreen need
compared to 'strategies for World of Warcraft' (World of Warcraft
is a PC game). Once the fad for World of Warcraft is over, the
market in this niche disappears.

Obviously, the more 'yes' answers you get to the above questions
the more potentially profitable a niche is.

4. Once you have identified a potentially profitable niche based
on the steps above, it is time to look for some long-tail
keywords. These long-tail keywords will reveal some sub-niches
which you can further profit from. For example, if you type in
'golf swing' into Wordtracker, you would get a whole list of
related searches. Look for keyword phrases with four words or
more. Some of them are 'stack and tilt golf swing', 'bio-mechanics
of golf swing', 'what is the proper weight distribution during
the golf swing' etc.

5. To find out how much competition there is in this niche,
simply type in all the keywords you have into Google's free
keyword analysis tool. This tool will give you the estimated
advertiser competition (which is the same as marketer
competition), average search volume for the previous month and
average monthly search volume. The great thing is that this tool
also gives you synonyms for the keywords which means you get more
keyword suggestions. You identify keywords with as little
competition but as many searches as possible.

The steps above represent a much more complete way of niche
discovery. You will not only find profitable niches but also the
relevant keywords that go with these niches. By doing this you
make a solid start in your niche marketing.

The Article Marketing Strategy is an Excellent Way to Boost Business Earnings

The article marketing strategy can be a great way to improve
your earnings when done consistently. The actual writing of each
article is just one thing you need to do. Marketing articles successfully
takes time, patience, skill, knowledge, perseverance, dedication
and creativity. The following information is designed to teach
you some basic strategies and techniques that will help you turn
your articles into profits.

One of the most important steps that you can take is to ensure
that your website is up-to-date. Nothing drives away potential
buyers faster than yesterday's news. Updating and revising the
information on your website should always be considered a
work-in-progress. If you are selling or recommending products,
they need to relate to current trends. Prices must be accurate.
Articles, blogs and other information on your website should be
fresh and creative. Give your visitors a reason to stay and
browse instead of an excuse to say "been there, done that" and
move on to the competition.

Whatever marketing and sales techniques are used in getting
traffic, it's important not to make false or vague claims about
any product. They must meet expectations for you to earn
credibility. You cannot claim that a product is the best, is
better or more effective than other products without providing
proof that the claim is true. Side-by-side comparison charts are
a good way to compare two or more similar products when yours has
more features and benefits than a competitor's product does.

Visitors can be enticed to sign up to your newsletter if you
offer freebies that will be seen as being great value. Do not
insult them by sending them an eBook that they could have found
for free on the internet or a link to a YouTube video. Develop
integrity as a main goal. Treating your customers and potential
customers as you would like to be treated is a great way to build
a loyal following. An extra unannounced bonus is a good
sweetener, too.

Topics that will produce a lot of interest in your niche, are the
best to use in your articles. Do not simply reword interesting
articles that you find on other websites. Write from a different
perspective than the one others are presenting. Visit forums,
read other related blogs and websites, read magazines from your
newsagent or library to get a feel for what is available and what
buyers like and dislike about them. Use their comments to
formulate a relevant topic. Keeping up with current issues, fads
or trends will give you topical material to write about.

"Top Ten" lists or "How To" guides always make popular articles.
Use a title that grabs attention but make sure you follow-up with
the type of content the title suggests. Do not make your list or
guide too general, choose a sub-topic of a popular niche. For
example, if you work in the area of health & beauty, make a top
ten list for teenagers, children, retirees etc, rather than for
the population as a whole.

Once your article marketing plan is in place, focus on it and
stick to it until you are successful. Despite other commitments
and obligations, new articles will be needed every week, so put
aside the time to write them or have them written. You will also
need to keep building back-links on a consistent basis.

Submit your articles to as many directories, blogs and other
relevant websites as possible, over and over again. Send out
newsletters, keep your blog updated, track and analyze your
traffic data, develop new marketing tactics and other internet
marketing techniques that are interrelated to your article
marketing plan.

Your goal is to reach as wide an audience of potential buyers as
possible and bring them to your website to buy your product.
Article marketing can play a huge part in achieving that goal
when you follow your plan.

There Are Five Kinds Of Blog Posts

Are you thinking of starting a Blog? Do you have a Blog that
needs freshening up?

If you want to keep your Blog fresh and interesting, then you
need to post often. You can create different types of posts to
keep your readers interested. This will also keep you from
getting bored with your own Blog. Whether blogging to make money
directly from the Blog, or blogging to drive traffic to an
Affiliate product, you should keep these five types of Blog posts
in mind.

1. The Review Post

Review blog posts can help you to monetize your Blog. You will
take a close look at a product and give a review of it. This can
include an affiliate link to the product. When reviewing, be
sure to mention BOTH positive and negative comments about the
product. Even if you totally loved the product, keep your review
balanced by mentioning a few things that could have been
improved. Your readers will appreciate your honesty and be more
likely to trust your recommendation.

2. The Quick Tip Post

In between your longer posts you can do a "quick tips" type of
post. These are normally 150-250 words. Sometimes we have a lot
of information about our niche that we want to share but it may
not be worthy of a full length post. In that case, post a quick
tip. This should be focused on ONE key area of the niche. For
example, "How to Plant a Tulip Bulb" would be a quick tip
article for a gardening Blog.

3. The List Post

Blog readers love lists! The most popular Blogs make good use of
lists. You can create lists that fit with any topic imaginable.
This is a great way to convey information online because it can
be easily scanned by web readers who are "skimmers." You can
also create lists of different ways to accomplish a goal in your
niche. "10 Ways To Prepare Your Soil For Planting" would be a
great list for gardeners.

4. The Interview Post

Interviews will require some preparation, but they are very
valuable to your Blog. Interview someone in your niche and then
share the results of that interview with your readers. This will
not only provide valuable content for your Blog, but will also
bring more traffic. Most likely, the person you interview will
also publicize the event on their Blog or Website, directing
traffic to your Blog.

5. The Instruction Post

This is similar to Quick Tips as you are providing your readers
with valuable information. However, these Instruction posts will
go into much more detail on a certain topic. Sometimes your
instructions can even be divided into two or three posts or
courses. Look at comments and questions from your readers to
find what topic would be most beneficial to your readers.

As you Blog, remember that your readers like variety. Do not
always write the same type of post. Put a little variety in your
Blog to keep it fresh.

Absolutely not. Moola Vine does not involve spam in any way. Do I need to download anything? Nope, Moola Vine is 100% cloud-based. Simply log in to your back office to get started.

3 Simple Steps To Find The Best Affiliate Online Program - Short Version

One of the most difficult aspects of affiliate marketing for most
people is how to find the best affiliate online program. The
problem is that most people pick products or affiliate online
programs to promote that are no good. It's just as important to
pick the right products to promote as it is to drive traffic to
those products.

The first step is to look at the market the product is in.
Competition is important, but not as much as most people think.
What is a market? A market is the people who are actually buying
the products you wish to promote. You may pick a product like
wedding dresses, for example, to promote. What you will find is
that a very large portion of women looking for wedding dresses
online are not buying these online. They are looking for
information related to dresses, not the actual dresses. If your
product is the dresses themselves, you will be terribly
disappointed. If you are promoting a product that teaches women
how to find the best wedding dress, you might make more sales and
therefore make more money.

The second thing to look at when talking about the best affiliate
online program is how hungry the market is for that type of
product. A recipe book isn't going to make much money online.
Why? Because there is way too much information related to recipes
people can get online for free, so why would they pay for it? A
product such as help with anxiety and panic attacks, on the other
hand, is different. People will pay very well for a product like
that, and they usually do. This is what is referred to as a
desperate niche. So make sure you do your research and find what
products people are buying, and buying big time. Don't waste your
time promoting products with information that people can find for
free, or simply won't pay for, online.

The third, and final important aspect of finding great programs
is to look at the income potential for that kind of product. Can
you build a business around it or is it just a fly by night kind
of product? Internet marketing, for example, makes a huge amount
of money online, however, today's hot products can very quickly
become tomorrows old news. Find a product that will allow you to
turn it into a long term income stream.

These are the basics for choosing the best affiliate online
programs, but there is more to learn. Keep going with your
education, and keep working. It does pay off eventually, if you
do the work and invest the time to learn all you can about the
affiliate marketing business model.

How To Make Your Customers NOT LIKE Your Company

Keeping your business in front of prospects is paramount to
Internet success. However, there's some crazy stuff floating
around the  Internet that has the opposite result on many
potential visitors and customers and can actually be quite
annoying.

Sometimes I see something a couple times and I can't hit the
exit button quick enough!

How many times will a person sign up to get the "secret" to
the latest guru's techniques? How many secrets does the
does a guru have anyway? You've seen it...

ANNOYING    "The Never Before Seen, Secret To Getting Rich"    HEADLINE

Or, what about there's going to be 50 sold so get yours is NOW
before it's gone! Then you're screwed... right? .... Except for the
fact you go back 6 months later and it says the same thing. Two years
later it still says the same thing.

So either it's not selling or it's just a lie to get you to buy. I hate to say it even... because I'm sure they are nice people just trying to make a living online. AND chances are, they do. But in the long run - it just makes them look tacky and it will stick in the back of people's minds the next time they release a product. So more than likely it's going to hurt their sales.

What about when someone promotes a free video that tells you 3 steps to be a millionaire and you put in your name and email, it then redirects you to another page and you have to watch an hour long video just to find out you have to pay $497 and they don't even tell you until the end. The video is embedded so you can't get to the end without watching the entire full hour.

It might not be so bad if it were something the average person could afford just on the fly $10 or $20 dollars. But even $99 dollars is quite a stretch to make people sit for an hour and watch a video only to find out it's something they can't afford and there's a timer at the bottom saying they only have 3 minutes and 42 seconds left to fork out the $99 or the price will go up to $250 dollars!

It annoys me to even think about it!

I'm not saying timers are bad... they aren't bad if it's a free offer... or a discounted offer. They seller is just thinking... hey it's a free offer and if you don't get it now you'll probably forget about it... so why would it hurt to look at something free... or look at a discount and take it or leave it. Now that's not a big deal.

Another thing people really don't like is when their phone number is "required". A form where it's "optional" is better... but it still kinda sends
the message that in one way or another they might or might not have a high pressure method of trying to get you to join their company.

It's a little different if they ask "Do you want your sponsor to call you?"
That's just telling you that they are available to talk to if you have questions.

But on an initial optin form just a first name and email address should be adequate. Unless of course they know right off the bat, that they are buying something... now that's different.

Another thorn in the side in Internet marketing is the videos
that are made that start automatically, and do not have any stop,
pause, or continue buttons. Sometimes, they are hidden and can
be reached by moving the mouse over the bottom of the video
screen, but a lot of times they are non-existent. Feeling
trapped to listen to the video until the end to see if it is
interesting enough to order or sign up on a list is time
consuming. Sometimes, there is a legitimate reason to stop a
video and pick it up later, but in these disgraceful videos, a
person has to listen to the whole thing over again to get to the
point where they were before the interruption. At least with an
array of control buttons, a customer could pause, stop and fast
forward to where the video stopped, etc. It is just not
respectful to a visitor's time and intelligence to record a video
without control buttons unless the marketer wants their customers
to feel "trapped" to hear the video. Is that the best way to
start off a relationship with a potential customer?

How about allowing a visitor space to make a comment either to
himself or to the seller on a form? This is not always done and
it seems a shame because someone that purchases a lot of ebooks
or software might desire to make a note of what money is being
spent for which product and have a record of it. PayPal and the
way the seller identifies their product does not always allow for
easy identification of the product. Sometimes, the seller also
has a different name on his PayPal payment sheet than the sales
page the customer has visited. The seller should always have a
method of contact listed for the customer if there should be a
problem. Hiding from the customer does not form a working bond.
If the seller is too big and too overwhelmed to answer support
questions, there are many free and reasonable support ticket
software that will handle "frequently asked questions" and make
the support job much easier. The customer will feel more
appreciated and, therefore, more likely to purchase more from the
seller in the future if a feeling of mutual trust is
established.

All in all, if a business wants a customer's money and support,
then how about businesses start acting respectful and honest in
their marketing efforts? It would be a welcoming breath of fresh
air online.
